Letters requesting access to records + strata roll email addresses

This template pack contains two letters you can adapt and send to your strata manager or committee secretary when:

(a) you want to make an appointment to inspect the books and records of the strata scheme. This letter refers to the relevant NSW legislation and requests the production of all records per legislative requirements
(b) you want to access a full copy of the strata roll, including the contact details and email addresses of other lot owners. Too often, owners are told they are not entitled to this information. They are. This letter refers to the relevant NSW legislation and impresses upon secretaries their obligation to comply.
