This by-law empowers your Owners Corporation to recover these costs (referred to as “Breach Costs” and “Enforcement Costs”) from the owner or occupier in breach, ultimately permitting the Owners Corporation to charge the costs to the lot account and recover them in the same way as unpaid levies.
