This by-law formalises the process for moving in to and out of a strata building, including providing conditions for:
- booking a date and time
- payment of a bond
- protection of the lift and other common areas
- not unreasonably interfering with the peace, enjoyment and access of other residents
The implementation of this by-law will ensure that your building is aware of and can properly monitor the moving in/out stage: an important stage to educate new residents about the building’s procedures, culture and expectations.
