Under NSW strata law, owners representing at least 25% of the total unit entitlement may force the convening of a general meeting. This is known as a “qualified request”.
This template form and cover letter can be used by owners attempting to gather sufficient signatures to make a legal, qualified request. The covering letter includes suggested wording to encourage other owners to give you their support.
