Fencing Notice and cover letter

Description

Disputes about dividing or boundary fences are common: whether between neighbouring strata buildings or a strata building neighbouring a free-standing property. When agreement cannot be reached, it may be necessary to issue a Fencing Notice, pursuant to section 11 of the Dividing Fences Act 1991 (NSW). This pack includes a template Fencing Notice, meeting the requirements of the NSW legislation, as well as a sample covering letter.
