  1. If I was buying a Lot the last place I would buy would be in a high rise building. When I bought my Lot we did not have so much rubbish to comply with and if we were in trouble we could go to our Council. Now that is a different story because we do not have any rights anymore or any place that can help us get to get consumer protection.
