Regards to 2 people who own a Lot getting their say on an AGM, it’s very common for people to think that because they own a lot they are entitled to have a say in the AGM and so far some Strata Managers do not let them know that there is only one owner. They could tell them that if someones wants to have their way they could bring all their relatives to the meeting and get more votes on a matter.
Would they be happy with the new arrangement? I don’t think so.
