A short, but important message from me this week: make sure you understand the effect of the amended NSW Public Health Order, mandating masks on indoor common property in Greater Sydney. It may not mean what you think it does.

I think the real trouble in a dispute over a by-law to prohibit entry without a mask would be the Member.
The judicial system is arguably the most noisy system in modern society.

We have a few tenants in our unit complex who refuse to wear a mask in the common areas despite signs placed in the building and entry. What are our options to make them comply??
