Bill’s expertise is in work health and safety (WHS) compliance, incident investigations, prosecutions and coronial inquests. His clients include owners corporations, as well as those in the construction, agribusiness and transport industries, and government sectors. Bill also advises owners corporations and builders on building defect and fire safety claims.
Allison is a strata lawyer who believes that, to work in strata, you must keep a sense of perspective (and a sense of humour). With a background in litigation and dispute resolution, since 2012 Allison has acted exclusively on behalf of owners corporations, associations and lot owners. Allison is well known for her “Thoughts of a Strata Lawyer” blog.
