One of the most common complaints I hear from owners is that they cannot access their building’s books and records (properly, or at all). This week, I’m talking to professional records inspector Michael Ferrier about this problem, which he says has serious ramifications for apartment purchasers, vendors and owners generally. Michael shares with us the substandard level of record keeping in some strata management offices and identifies how poor record keeping is actually impacting property values. We also discuss what owners can do to improve the situation.

  2. I just wish I knew about you when we needed a strata lawyer to sort the struggles our small strata of 4 lots continues to suffer for the last 5 years.
