Cat Carmichael has been serving the community association profession in the United States for three decades, both as a management company executive and as a financial service professional, dedicated to serving management companies and their clients.
Involved in mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and strategic processes to improve efficiency, Cat shares knowledge that has helped her clients succeed.
Serving on the Board of Trustees of the Community Associations Institute for three years, she was elected President for 2019.
Cat is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, and an honors graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School, where she earned recognition for her thesis “Addressing the Agency Dilemma When Banking for Property Management Companies.”

Each day during Summit Week, we will release two Summit guest interviews. As long as you have claimed your free ticket, you will receive an email notification at 8am AEST on each morning during the Summit, letting you know which interviews have been released and how to access them. Those interviews will then be available for you to watch at any time during Summit week.
Absolutely! The knowledge shared by our guest experts is valuable for strata owners and managers alike.
This year’s summit sessions will not be publicly available once the summit is over. However, members of the Your Strata Property Online Community will continue to have access as part of their membership benefits.
