Regarding the purchase of the rooftop common property.
One of the first steps would be to have a valuation done – who would be best to do that & can you recommend someone – the property being in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire.
The process does seem complicated but obviously can be achieved, could you outline roughly the steps.
We are a small plan of only 8 equal lots.
