    I live in a strata building with only 27 units, do we have to put the minutes of the strata minutes on the notice board, something that is is not being done at present.

    1. Hi Lucia, assuming you’re in NSW, for a building your size, the minutes of a strata committee meeting must be sent to every owner, not placed on the notice board. The notice of the meeting must be placed on the notice board.
