Where water isolation valves/stopcocks/tempering valves are installed inside a Unit & usually under kitchen sinks who is responsible if a repair/replacement is required.
One Strata Manager told me it was the owner’s responsible and another said it was a Strata issue. Who is right?October 1, 2020 at 8:41 pm #391237Amanda FarmerExpertHi Joy,
