On Monday 6 September 2021, a new Health Order was made in NSW, requiring people who manage strata buildings to hand over “true and correct” contact details for all residents, if demanded by police. Dr Kerry Chant has directed all strata managers to ensure that owners corporation strata rolls are up to date.  This template pack will assist you with this task. It contains:
  • a template Strata Interest Notice, complying with the requirements of section 22 in the Strata Schemes Management Act
  • a template Tenancy Notice, complying with the requirements of section 258 in the Strata Schemes Management Act
  • a template letter addressed to owners, explaining the impact of the new health order and the requirement provide up to date information for the strata roll, for both themselves and their tenants.
