On Monday 6 September 2021, a new Health Order was made in NSW, requiring people who manage strata and community-titled buildings to hand over “true and correct” contact details for all residents, if so demanded by police. Dr Kerry Chant has directed all strata managers to ensure that community rolls are up to date.  This template pack will assist you with this task. It contains:
  • a template Notice of Interest, complying with the requirements of section 47 in the Community Land Management Act
  • a template Notice of Lease, complying with the requirements of section 46 in the Community Land Management Act
  • a template letter addressed to owners, explaining the impact of the new health order and the requirement provide up to date information for the community roll, for both themselves and their tenants.
