If your building permits residents to keep animals with the approval of the owners corporation or strata committee, this form is an essential part of the process. This adaptable template can be used to collect information about the resident and their pet, including whether the animal is registered with the local council and/or is an assistance animal. It also requires the resident to confirm that they have read and agree to comply with the terms of your relevant “Keeping of Animals” by-law.
