Parking on Common Property – By-Law Template (Member only)

This by-law prohibits owners and occupiers parking on the common property unless they have the prior written approval of the owners corporation. It also sets the rules for the use of visitor parking and ensures that the owners corporation can recover its costs of enforcing the by-law.
