NCAT: Sample Points of Claim (Member only)

The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) often requires applicants to file “Points of Claim” in support of their applications. This document contains sample Points of Claim that may be suitable for a case in which an owner is seeking orders for the repair and maintenance of the common property, particularly where their lot property has been impacted and they are also claiming damages.
