Description
0This by-law permits a lot owner’s exclusive use of a defined part of the common property. This template refers specifically to a storeroom, but the text highlighted in green in the by-law can be amended to refer to any other area of the common property of which a lot owner is to be granted exclusive use – for example, a common property car parking space or a courtyard area. The by-law includes clauses relating to: payment of an “exclusive use fee”; the conditions of the lot owner’s continued use of the common property and a full indemnity from the lot owner in favour of the owners corporation.
