As long as the only criteria of buying a Home in a Strata Scheme is to make money we’ll be in a big trouble. Please ask the people who bought into a new building how good they feel and you will be surprised with their response. We are living in a housing ponzy scheme that it will affect all Australians.
We should aim for a better caring and built environment instead of knocking walls and creating problems for the next home buyer.
