Thank you very much for this episode. It is interesting to know that the strata industry has been penetrating the Philippines, knowing that its strong family system could be a hindrance to setting up business independence away from. I have been away from my home town for more than 30 years, living in Sydney and could not even imagine how that fast growing population could regulate business and residential accommodation with strata management.
Although Australian business is being catered to in the Philippines virtually, I am very glad of the connection even though remotely. The fact too that proper support and honest treatment of the staff is recognised as a key component to one’s professional success is definitely a potent factor to business growth.
