Thank you Amanda,
Your information regarding STRA in Strata Schemes was excellent and much easier to understand than reading through pages of the “Code of Conduct” and also the requirements for hosts which will start in June 2021. It was of great interest regarding the Principal Place of Residence of hosts who don’t live permanently in the townhouse being short term let, but state that they do! Getting evidence will be crucial.
Great to hear, thanks Colleen.
“Getting evidence will be crucial.” More fights and waste of money for the residents of a Strata Scheme. The whole thing is a big Rort!
Thanks Amanda
