A business model requires the ability to enter into professional dialogue, comply with policy and procedures and be financially astute in order to be a viable business vs SSMA2015 which allows non English speaking and elderly candidates with no knowledge of the Regulations and zero business acumen just because they are allowed to resulting in the Chairman being assulted, defamed and suffering from PTSD due to mob bullying without any dedicated Regulations to specifically support and protect the committee member from being subjected to this type of behaviour other than Civil Law.

    If only that applied to other aspects of society.
    Interesting that the State is going to stand down because the system has let the state of affair devolve to unfixable chaos (2 lot strata plans).
    Get rid of the rules and the problem goes away.
    Interesting concept with application beyond strata perhaps.
