A suggested approach for owners attending meetings on Zoom or Teams is to provide a How to Join Guide, a bit like joining an NCAT hearing via virtual link. Setting out details like
– entering your name and apartment number either as part of profile or type it in the chat
– ensure your camera is on and mic is muted
Further, if we consider that Tenants can attend meetings, why couldn’t a relative of an owner (wife or son) attend a meeting, why is this an issue if they are simply observing and not talking to the meeting?

Very disappointed about the endorsement of Hybrid loans….
A product of creative financing….
A loose loose situation, especially for those who pay up front…
A massive industry with much to gain ( greed very obvious )
Watched LookUp Strata recently where a Strata Lawyer called it ‘creative accounting’
Our Strata raised 1.5 million in one year for remedials with extreme non – special levies, painful , yet ultimately no need to indenture our children…
No camera makes them unidentified. I experienced a manager whose position was camera on or you’re out of the meeting, for identification purposes.
Can co owner attend a SC meeting without the approval of the other co owner, particularly if the co owner attending the SC meeting intends to speak on behalf of the lot?
