This week, I sit down with Thom Richards, founder of Cohabit, a platform that scores and benchmarks strata buildings using real data. We’re talking about how this tech is bringing much-needed clarity to owners, buyers, and managers alike.

So would the general and committee meetings be analysed for approved maintenance that has not been carried out?
So would you analyse minutes of both committee meetings and general meetings?
Where maintenance has been approved but not carried out, how do you detect that?
Do you compare approved motions to invoices?
Thanks for the info, Dörthe Jansen
In dysfunctional strata’s like mine much maintenance that has been approved in meetings has been approved but not carried out. These approvals may have been given years ago, but your system seems to not look at them. Did I understand that right?
