AT this time there is a flight of property owners from the rental market, as the government imposes more restrictions. With its increases in compliance with DA’s for waterproofing etc when council is renowned for their lack of haste, it places even more burdens on property owners of rental properties. Property owners throw up their hands. The NSW Govt wins. They are leaving and the increases in properties for sale increases. Watch out for even more of a flight. It’s sad.
