If you want to drive a car – you need a licence. The first step is an online tutorial with some questions you have to pass. Strata committees should be prepared to do this.
Will this legislation also be applied to Community Associations with a Strata Association? Our strata is under the umbrella of a Community Association and we have problems trying to have repairs to common property of the Community Association and the Strata, eg common roadway.
