I would just like to find out if the committee leader who calls herself a coordinator writes down what has been talked about in the meeting not the a.g.m . I have put it her that every owner of our units should have a copy of the meeting given to them. Is this right, she says that she doesn’t have to do that. I would like to also know that the sitting committee do not vacate their seats for a new committee to be voted in. At the AGM it is Said that they don’t have to. Thank you Caroline Shaw.
Hi Caroline, usually all committee positions are declared vacant at the AGM and the new committee is voted in.
How would you recommend dealing with a fractured owners corporation (Individuals with vendettas against other owners) where all owners (nine units) are part of the executive, as the Chairperson?
